Alright, I have definitely been postponing telling people that Jer and I put in an offer on a condo in Bayview because I didnt want to jinx it but we did! We put an offer in on Tuesday afternoon. The deadline was today at 12pm and we still haven't heard back but our realtor is still confident that we will get this unit. He mentioned that the developer went in the condo unit to double check some of the upgrades that we requested and that is probably what is delaying the process. I realize that we will have to deal with a counter offer but I cant stand the waiting!!!
Keep your fingers crossed for us! We really want this place!

Happy 30th Kelli
It just so happens that K Stoll's 30th falls the day before St. Patti's Day!
With this being the case, we had an amazing celebration for Kelli amongst the St. Patti's crowd.
Happy Birthday Kelli! Thank you for being such a great friend and such a great drinking partner!
I am so sorry I cant hang like I used to! (Was I ever able to hang though?)
