In honor of Nana Dee, I will be joining the American Heart Association’s Running Team to promote physical activity to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Vacation already over!

We are back after a much needed vacation! Wyatt and I joined daddy on The Rock Boat for a week! While Jer was off wheeling and dealing, Wyatt and I were sitting on the terrace, taking naps, and watching movies! It was definitely not very relaxing for Jer but we enjoyed spending some much needed family time together! Wyatt had a lot of firsts while we were on vacation! His First Cruise, His first Beach, His first Ocean, All in his first vacation!
